Chamber music involves 2 or more players who are playing independent parts. This skill requires understanding of music more deeply since it is without assistance. I oversee the rehearsals to help facilitate playing together, but overall the students must learn to listen and adapt to their environment.
 
Your student will participate in a small group between 2-5 people working on 2-3 pieces to perform. They will also get 1-2 pieces to perform in the larger cello ensemble group consisting of all the cellists doing chamber music. 
 
Spring 2026 is 8 weeks each for 1 hour and then the concert.
